Alberta Tourism, Parks & Recreation (ATPR)
Development of Eco, Adventure, RV Park, Fixed Roof and Resort Tourism Guides. Created new tourism-sector specific documentation that was used in conjunction with Tourism Business Guides produced by ATPR. Five tourism guides prepared: Eco Tourism, Adventure Tourism, RV Parks, Fixed Roof Accommodations and Resorts.
Battle River Alliance for Economic Development (BRAED)
The Battle River Producer Car Group New Gen Co-op for the purchase 75 kilometers of abandoned CN track.
Marketing and Communications Plan. With the launch of their new 2007-2010 Business Plan, BRAED required a consolidation of previous marketing and communication plans into a revised and unified marketing and communication strategy document.
BRAED Work Plan. Defense Industry Development Overview with Investment Attraction Strategy; Trade Corridor Position Paper; and Industrial Equipment and Manufacturing Sector Profile and Investment Attraction Plan.
Investment Attraction Website – Developed an outline and content for the website based on existing material and development of new material
Tourism Investment Attraction Initiative. Develop tourism capacity in the region of 63 community shareholders and link tourism opportunities with investment.
Community Adjustment Fund Management. Managed the Fund through Western Diversification for 22 projects in the Badlands region. Management of $6 million among projects while ensuring contractual agreements were met.
Central Alberta Economic Partnership (CAEP)
Strategic and Operations Plan. Development of a Board Development Survey and 2-day workshop to obtain feedback.
Community Investment Readiness (CIR) Phase III. Individual consultation and coaching for planning, developing and implementing strategic Action Plans for investment readiness to 41 CAEP member communities. Content for five strategic Action Plan templates to identify required resources.
City of Camrose
Community Economic Development Plan. Align document with the City’s other plans to identify specific economic and community-based development goals and iterate the community’s vision for the future. A 5 year Economic Development Plan was created.
Fort Whoop Up Interpretive Society
Tourism Opportunity Needs Assessment. Examine tourism market and identify long term sustainability, facility needs and marketing initiatives.
Grizzly Regional Economic Alliance Society (GROWTH Alberta)
Ambassador Program and Labour Force and Sector Development. Creation of the Ambassador Program Recruitment and Retention Program Plan – including training strategy, proposed activities and Communication Plan.
Lesser Slave Lake Economic Alliance (LSLEA)
Socio Economic Analysis and Investment Profiles. Individual Investment Profiles created for High Prairie, Slave Lake, Swan Hills and Wabasca regions.
Accommodations Investment Attraction Report. Four documents created for 4 showcased municipalities, an overview of the area and strategies with an Action Plan.

Water for Economic Development Project. Interview of 20 communities to identify water and wastewater infrastructure, challenges related to storm water, sharing of water systems and openness to alternative water and reuse options. Focus of Initiative to build on successful water stewardship and pursue viable economic development opportunities while ensuring long term water access for future obligations.
